Mission
To raise awareness on the importance of ethical leadership and non-violent dispute resolution through workshops, conferences, publications, documentation and research, advocacy campaigns and training programmes.
Objectives
Convene workshops, information sessions, conferences on
ethical leadership issues, ethical living and non-violent dispute resolution;
Conduct awareness raising programmes in youth leadership with schools and youth associations on ethical leadership;
Research and document issues on ethical leadership in Africa;
Assess, write and disseminate publications on the state of ethical leader ship in Africa through the print media and the internet;
Conduct training programmes in non-violent dispute resolution and ethical leadership and living;
Undertake advocacy and campaigns to advance and promote notions of ethical leadership through, for example, the development of a People’s Code for Ethical Leadership in Africa.
